Welcome to MxMeo, a platform that allows fans to request and receive personalized video messages from their favorite stars. By using MxMeo (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“user,” “you,” or “customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before making any purchase or request.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use MxMeo.

  • By using the platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Services

  • MxMeo connects fans with celebrities, influencers, and public figures (“Stars”) to create personalized video messages.

  • All video requests are subject to the availability and approval of the Star.

  • MxMeo does not guarantee that every request will be accepted. If a request is declined, you will be notified, and a refund will be processed (see Refund Policy below).

3. User Requests

  • You must provide clear and respectful instructions for your personalized video.

  • Requests must not include:

    • Offensive, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory content.

    • Requests for illegal activities, political endorsements, or explicit material.

  • Stars reserve the right to refuse any request that violates these rules or that they are uncomfortable fulfilling.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights

  • You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use and share the personalized video for personal enjoyment only (e.g., posting on your social media with attribution to the Star).

  • Videos may not be used for:

    • Commercial purposes (advertising, promotions, endorsements, resale).

    • Political or religious campaigns.

    • Creating deepfakes or manipulated content.

  • MxMeo and the Stars retain all intellectual property rights in the videos.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary based on the Star’s availability. While MxMeo makes reasonable efforts to deliver videos within the estimated time, delays may occur, and we are not liable for such delays.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued if:

    • The Star declines your request.

    • The video cannot be delivered due to technical or scheduling issues.

  • Refunds will not be issued if:

    • The video is delivered as per your request.

    • You are dissatisfied with the Star’s performance style, appearance, or interpretation

7. Star’s Discretion

  • Stars have full creative freedom in how they deliver your request. By placing a request, you acknowledge that the final product may not be exactly as you envisioned.

8. Platform Rights

  • MxMeo reserves the right to use delivered videos (or parts of them) for marketing, promotions, and platform-related purposes, unless you opt-out by contacting us at the time of request.

  • MxMeo may update, suspend, or terminate the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • MxMeo is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content created by Stars.

10. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using MxMeo, you consent to sharing limited information (such as your name and request details) with the selected Star.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Location].
